    Hi there.

Club La Santa is superb - probably the best facility of it's kind in Europe, from a triathlete's point of view... Good cycling, 50m pool, shelter lagoon for open-water swimming, running track, weekly organised events, bike hire and mechanic on site, huge buffet breakfasts, etc, etc.

From a purely cycling point of view, Lanzarotte is very windy... You'd probably be better going to Majorca - although both are pretty hot in mid summerr. Personally I'd go to the Alps at the time of year and save Lanzarotte/Majorca for early or late season.

    Cheers, Andy

The Belvedere in Riccione is superb and more of a holiday than a bike trip. that doesn't mean to say it's easy but subject to the ride you choose it's as easy or hard as you make it. The food in the hotel is superb.
if you really want to cycle, I'd suggest GPM10 and their Chamonix - Nice trip. I did this last year and it felt epic, riding the route Napoleon from the high Alps to the Med. Other firms such as pyractif do similar things in the Pyrennees.
