Hi,
Only been out twice on the bike and done 25 miles since new. Noticed tonight that the chain skips / slips under pedal pressure when in the two highest rears gears.
When i got home i put it on my rack and spun the rear wheel, noticed that the wheel doesn't seem true, as if the wheel is not perfectly round or the hub / axle is not true ? It makes the bike / frame vibrate up and down. Could this be the cause of the gears skipping ? or is it normal for a wheel to be slightly untrue considering the newness?
To me it seems like the wheel axle is bent but find it hard to believe this has occured on 25 miles of fairly relaxed riding.
Any advice would be appreciated,
Cheers.

more likely to be that the gear cable needs tensioning."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
