hi all

just bought a new crank set of ebay and would like a bit of advice.

what type of grease do i need for the cups (its an external fsa megaexo bb) and pedal threads as never had to change these items before, although i am confident on fitting not sure whats the best bet, so in your opinions whats the best product to buy, do i need a general grease or an anti seize compound.

cheers

you could use some park grease but you are not wanting to lube it just stop it from seizing so copper paste or some other anti seize is best.
