lock out the fork and make sure the seat is high enough."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

As hard as they will go (just under the tyre/rim limit)0

have a dump amd take anything off you dont need.
pressure yes what does it say on the tyre?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

do it in singlespeed? Thats what i did when i rode a 40 mile road ride for british heart foundation. with gears would have been too easy so did it in 36/14 i think.
on-one inbred with very dodgy RS psylo's, schwalbe city jet slicks, discs and the 36/14 mentioned above.
still had to wait for my friend who was on his road/hybrid commuter with gears0 -
I think he wants it to be easier, not harder lol0

Yeah true heh heh, I also realise that sounds a touch elitist, apologies there - that's not my usual style.
To be honest you've got slicks and you'll put your saddle up a touch higher. those are the main things really.
whats the ride for, where and how far?0 -
maybe flip the stem over if possible too.0
