Unsure on which new bike out of the following

Up until recently i used to do a lot of running (2 or 3 times a week) but recently i have been picking up some niggly injuries and my pysio has always said im the perfect build for cycling

(slim, long legs and strong core stability)

So now i am looking ot get into cycling and save my joints from the impact of running :oops:

My budget was around £1000, i know it will be my first road bike but i didnt want to spend £500 on a bike get into it and then find myself looking for better k

I'm looking to cycle with a club and then once up to speed so to speak enter some challenging longer distance rides

I have been looking at various stores and picked out the following bikes. What are peoples opinions as to the best suited out the following or possibly any other suggestions people might have? :?:

Suggestion: Buy a £200 secondhand bike that cost £400-500 new. Ride it a while and see what your tastes and needs are. Then sell it for £150 and buy a bike when you know what you really like and need. Oh, and when you've crashed a few times and got basic maintenance mistakes out of your system. Bikes - especially racers - are both personal and complex; if you're spending a grand, knowing yourself as a cyclist is at least as important as knowing the technology.
