Tag-along bike with suspension?

I ride my (full suspension) mountain bike with my 5 year old following behind on a tag-along. Some of the trails we go on are pretty rough for a bike with no shocks. Has anyone ever seen a tag-along with suspension? He stands off the seat to help cushion the bumps, but since he's on a tag-along he can't always see the bumps coming.

If he's standing up that's a good skill to learn. He'll soon be ready to ride his own bike at that age and I don't think anyone would recommend suspension front or back for someone that age,but he'll have learnt how to stand on his bike whilst on the move over bumps.

5 year old and I get up together. I do it on purpose so he can see, thus warning him of an oncoming bump. Works very well. I fitted the tyre as thick tire as could find - 2.15 works OK and keep the pressure really low. No complaints from the back :-)
Sorry it is off-topic - as for the question I have personally never seen one
