When fitting a triple how do you know what bb to buy?

When fitting a triple how do you know what bb to buy? And genarally how do match up every thing else that needs changed? :lol: :twisted:

    Shimano, Campag or other?

    Either way I buy the bracket listed by the manufacturer.....in my case a Chorus triple bracket.
    I'd rather walk than use Shimano

    If, say it was a Shimano 105 53/39/30 how do you find out what the manufactures recommend? :twisted: :oops: :lol:

    well if it is a Hollowtech II crankset then you buy the external bearing kit to fit your threads. English or Italian.
