Appologies if this has been covered before but did a search and could not find anything.

Having gone out biking in the thunder and lightening this weekend, i`ve managed to munch through both front and rear pads. The rear was a superstar pad and the front was the original hope.

Now the hopes have been fine, been on the bike since last November, superstars not so good, ok in the dry but show them a bit of wet and your lucky to get 3 rides from them.

Can anyone recommend any aftermarket pads or the original/ sintered hopes. I have read reviews but no one pad set seems to stand out, and all have been slated at some stage.

Cheers Phil

wet conditions sintered. and organic for dry.

so either swap dependent on the conditions or just carry at least 2 pairs of spare in the pack.

    Cheers Nick,

So just stick with hope originals or go aftermarket?

Ordered a 4 pack of hope sintered.

Looked on the hope site and they are made by EBC. Had superstars last time and although they are decent in the dry, i found they crumbled in the wet.

    Thanks again
