Hello first post here.
I am moving to Demark soon so i'll need to buy a bike while I am out there. journeys should not be much more than 10 miles.
Apart from the Trek soho 3.0 I saw one of these while on a visit
http://www.bkc-bikes.dk/model2.php
I know the site is in Danish but looking over the model looks quite good.
Any adive on that model or any other would be appriciated

The weird kink in the seat stay bothers me. Until I knew otherwise I'd consider it as something done to make the bike look different and cool, and a potential source of problems, especially frame failure. I like the long top tube though - good geometry for fast braking.

Strange one that, kink obviously weakens the seat stay and not lining up with top tube means bending/shear in down tube which should normally be reacted by top tube. Plus must be a pain to manufacture. Just my opinion but I'm not a frame designer so must be missing something!0

TBH i would wait until you get out there as there are many Nordic only models from the big makers."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

I let Google translate the site and as far as I could understand the kink is there to aid comfort possibly designed to flex. When I was out there last time one rode past us and the looks kind of stayed with me.
My partner tells me the company and its main company have a reputation for making good bikes. I think its a well know Danish brand. Its costs about £600 which is the same as the Trek soho 3 costs in Denmark so I just thought of it as another option.0
