hello, my lil bro has a lock stuck around his frame and he has unfortunatly lost the key.

Can i cut it off with pipe cutters?

its not a u-type lock its just one of those cables with the black casing around it

You'll probably find you'll get through it with a hacksaw.

There are other (poss quicker) ways, but should you be asking how to break a lock on here?
