Anyone know how to adjust the bite point on the Mono Mini's, I have one break that's immediate and one that's about half way back!

cheers

yes just use it. there is no bite point adjustment and it just needs to settle.

or you can add more fluid but that just causes the brake to lock up when hot.

I just adjust the lever position so they both bite at the same position. It still has more movement before it bites on one lever but you really don't notice that.

That assumes it doesn't need bleeding, you don't have a stuck piston, bent disc or mis-aligned caliper that might cause excessive movement.

Seems really wierd, the bite point was about half way on both, and never had any problem before, but on the front break after changing the pads (which i've done loads of times before), the bite point was almost instant.. I've never bled this break as it's always been good. It's what I'm blaming for going over the handlebars twice on Sunday!

Well theres your answer, your new pads are slightly thicker than the old ones and the piston cant move any further back, so the bite point will be a bit sooner, it did the same for me when i changed my pads, just need to ride them in a bit.
