Specialized E150 (Enduro) Fork

Hi all, have a 2008 Specialized Enduro SL, and am having some problems with the crown. Does anyone know what the torque settings are for the pinch bolts on the upper crown? I am able to pull on the sides of the bar and the whole thing shifts! It was making a cracking noise earlier, but I tightened the pinch bolts to what I thought was a reasonable level with my trusty Park Tool AWS-10 and the cracking stopped but they still noticably move.

I just wanted to make sure that I had it set up properly because this is the second crown now after one of the bolts pinged out before!! I have had the bike a fortnight!! (Am also on my second air cartridge)

Also, please, nobody suggest new forks! I am already drifting towards some Fox 36's, but I feel that after such a short period of time, I should be able to have some fun with the bike before I have to change anything. I am also skint after buying the damn thing!!
