Bike Shops in Italy?- Puglia and Tuscany

Off on our holibobs to Italy soon. Staying a week near to Alberobello in Puglia, followed by a week near Sienna. I always see lots of cyclists when I'm over there, and watched the finish of a big cyclo-sportive a couple of months ago in Alberobello.
I always like to have a nose around a bike shop, and with the Italians love of two wheeled fun and the number of italian manufacturers the must be some great bike shops about. If there are, I've yet to fin them.
Has anyone got any to recommend so I can drag the family around them?
