Hi,

Does anyone know of a pub showing live TDF coverage? (Decent beer a bonus) I'm thinking of a couple of strategically-placed afternoons off.

Cheers,
Mark

I asked this a few years back and didn't find anywhere in central London. Best bet may be a quiet local and ask them nicely to put it on for you.
Or go to a web cafe? Not the same, I know.
    Cheers

There is a pub in Clerkenwell, on St John Street I think, which does show the Tour on weekday afternoons. The trouble is I can't remember the name of it.

I was stranded in St Davids in Wales on the last day of the Tour last year and found a pub where they agreed to put it on for us. It was smugly amusing when people kept coming in expecting to watch the cricket. I'm sure London must have a similarly amenable landlord...

Sounds like a gap in teh market - anyone a landlord? Do the thing live durin gth eday when nonone is in and highlights for the after work pint crowd. I'm sure there is enough interest in cycling for this to work. Especially if the food isn't too greasy and expensive.

I went into a pub near Blackfriars station yesterday to meet a customer, they were showing the tour. I had to sit with my back to the TV in order to not be distracted!!

Cheers - thinking of going to Bar Kick on Monday for the Tourmalet. Has anyone watched the tour there this year?
