hollow legs

After pushin myself a bit hard for a week I burn out and due to me not warming up or streaching my legs went like rocks.
I've had a week off and am now taking it a bit slower
but now my legs feel hollow and hve less power if I push hard
Anyone know why or how i can fix this?

I always feel like that if I dont get to ride for 5 days or so,I normally just ease myself back into it with short rides every other day until I feel back on form again.0

Hollow legs? Do they weight less then?
