Felt or Focus...

I have just discovered road diding after 15 years of mountain biking and last Sunday sold my 07 Spesh Stumpjumper FSR comp.

I have a Spesh Allez but now want to replace my lovely MTB with some lovely road bike. I have 2k to spend but also need some of that to get some road pedals/shoes (I am currently using my mtb shoes and pedals) so I had looked at:

Felt F4

Focus Cayo Expert Campa

Both are around the same price but the Focus has a better spec but which has the better frame?

Also, I could consider the Spesh Tarmac Expert which is 2k but I could get from my LBS and I could talk them into throwing shoes and pedlas in as I have sent a lot of money their way recently.

So, what do you all think: Felt, Focus or Spesh?

EDIT: just seen this, the BeOne Team. Never heard of them, any good? http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=25461

  • There are loads of forum threads on the Focus Cayo. If you use the search facility you'll find loads of replies. I'm a Focus owner and think it's fantastic.
