Anyone who if any good Costal Riding routes in south hants?

as titled really was hoping to get a costal ride out this summer, a nice proper long one, i have camping arrangements availiable in the new forest and in littlehampton so a costal ride using these two points would be good!

I have one trip already planned (see other posts) but i was looking also to do one sole costal ride and then be able to get a train back (avoiding the congestion and polluted route back lol)
