Can anyone recommend me an insurance company that does bike insurance?

i hope this doesnt sound rude but just google bycycle insurance

or mountainbikeinsurance or cycle insurance and take your pick of companies most of them offer what you asked for each seem to have their own specific requirements just read what criteria you need to meet the policy.
