Want to fit a Triple wot apart from a lot of money do I need

Want to fit a Triple, wot, apart from a lot of money, do I need to change? It's a Trek 1200 and probally want to fit Shimano 105. Luv's cycling hates the Maintenance bit.

BB, front mech, left hand STI (though you'll probably get a pair) and probably your rear mech.

Depending on the wear, your chain and cassette might want replacing too.
