Bike weight at the TdF

If the TdF is nothing to do with the UCI anymore, is there still a minimum bike weight specified ? Is it time to remove the saddle weights holding those Scott Addicts down ?

I think all the rules are the same. They run Paris Nice under French Federation rules and they were identical to the UCI ones.
