Schwable Stelvio

Hi my new Focus Cayo has just arrived and has Schwable Stelvio tyres does anybody have these and what do you think of them, my other bike has Continental Gator skins which I purchased due to getting quite a few punctures on Vitorria Zaffiro's should I do the same with the stelvios?

Any help appreciated.

    i ride stelvios on 1 7 mile each way round commute in london, weith crappy roads. these tyres i have to say have been superb no punctures as of yet (touch wood) they are nice and fat and very hard wearing. see how u get on with them but i give them a thumbs up

    Why change something before trying it out?

    You've already paid for the Stelvios. If they turn out to be rubbish then replace them.

    If they're great, you can send the £40 you've just saved to me :wink:

    Stelvio Schwalbes are excellent. I've had them on my racer for a year or so - 23mm width. I ride on gravel, dirt tracks, cobble stones and cr@ppy Belgian roads - and no problems with these.
