Hi
any tips on setting up cleat position would be most welcome.
just bought new replacement shoes and pedals, and not convinced I had the optimun set up on the ones i have just removed, so thought id try and do a 'proper job'!

You really have to try it, adjust, repeat.0 -
Top tip:
Take the appropriate size allen key out with you and adjust whilst riding. I never follow this advice and usually end up forgetting to reset them when I get home, or forget which way I wanted to move them :oops: .It's easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission.
