updating my profile?.

Can anyone tell me how i update my personal profile please. i cant seem to find out how to do it. :?

    Go to the main forum section and you will see a black strip with
    Forum, Topics, Posts, Last Post on it.
    Look just above this and you will see "Profile", click that and edit away.
