is it possible to get a centaur groupset with the carbon chainset as an option anywhere? ribble etc don't seem to have it as part of the groupset selection....

also do you reckon the campag 10 spd is likely to come down in price any with the 11 spd release?

ProBikeKit offer the Carbon chainset but appear to only have it in standard 53/39 and not the Compact version.

if you ring ribble they do have the carbon chainset - it isn't on the website as an option right enough.

also try merlin cycles in leyland -(they do have a website) they had excellent prices on the centaur carbon earlier in the year, but limited in the changes you could make.

as for next year - well the centaur is now 'xenon' so it might be cheaper but the groupset has been de-valued anyway - in the same way that record has been cheapened to make way for super-record.

Shaved legs have got them in a range of chainset and crank length options. The carbon is £45 more than standard.

    Good company to deal with.
