Southern Normandy / Fougeres Rides ???

Anyone direct me towards French rides around Fougeres please?

    My parents live out that way, it is great for cycling - the whole area! Not many hills but really lovely quiet lanes with pretty much no traffic, it is a shock to see more than 3 cars on a 4hr ride. Have fun it is fantastic!
