removing rounded clea bolt

hello.
its came time to replace my cleats. iv managed to remove one but the other one has rounded. does any one have any tips on removing it?
was thinking about hammering the cleat round to try and loosen it
any help would be useful

drill and new base plate.
soak it well before and rotation..

Can be very hard to remove. Best to keep using them until the shoes fall apart and then replace shoes and cleats.<font size="1"> Streako </font id="size1">

There's a good guide to it in MBR - I think it was last month's (the one with trail centres in).<a><img></a>0

If you have a dremel or similar cut a slot accross the top of the rounded bolt (may have to cut into the cleat a little) and then use the largest widest screw driver that fits the grove you've cut (make sure its quite deep) and then you should be able to undo it.
Worked for me a few times in the past, and means you dont need a new cleat.0 -
