Selling to a mate

I'm just after some advice, I'm selling my 07 Fox Vanilla 32 RLCs to my mate, they've just had the first service at Mojo which included new steerer, crown, stantions & bushes due to a warranty issue.
They were £389 new and are less than 1 year old, what do you reckon I should sell them to him for, bearing in mind he's a good mate?

They are very nearly new forks now, I would say £250 (but I'm a tight-arse)

200-250. Problem is that new Rebas are only 200 or so - and have all the same features.

Just remember that you're a good mate to him as well as him being one to you... So just sell them for the going rate (Can't help with what that is though).
