Mid Wales to North Wales rides - any ideas?

I am looking for a two day road ride in Wales: 80-100 miles each day and loads of hills and scenery, with a stop at a B and B in between. Ideally accessible by rail too. any ideas? we were thinking something like starting in shrewsbury, heading clockwise towards snowdonia and then back the next day.... is this doable?
