where can I buy j p weigle framesaver spray???

I can't seem to find anywhere in the uk where this can be bought either on-line or at a real shop. Has anyone got any ideas or alternatives?

    I use teaspoon full of clean engine oil. pour it down seat tube, refit post and rotate frame about. Be careful doing it indoors over a new carpet incase it comes out of the seat stay breather holes :o
    The Wife complained for months about the empty pot of bike oil on the hall stand; so I replaced it with a full one.
