Campag Ergo levers and brake cable ferrules
Hi all,
Is it necessary to fit ferrules to the ends of the brake cable housings which go into the levers?
There are some plastic ferrules stuck in my levers from the old housings and I can't get the buggers out or fit the new housings into them! It looks to me as though they aren't designed to be there, so should I replace them when I finally get them out or just use the housings without ferrules?

I have 3 sets of ergos and have never fitted ferrules to the end of the cable outers. So far this approach has not cause me any probelms.0
