Hey Guys,
Unlucky enough to fall on a drop off hard onto my shoulder breaking it at swinley forest yesterday. Stupidly i didnt get a picture of the x ray but it basically looks like this, the red line indicating where the fracture is.
Luckily its not to serious but still enough to keep me off my bike for most of summer
Anybody please have some tips on ways of speeding up the healing process.
Thanks
Russ
