Focus Cayo Carbon

Has anyone got a 2008 Focus Cayo carbon? I notice Wiggle are doing it for £999 and it seems like a bargain! The Focus website says it 8.05 kilos? is that right? Thats just under 18ibs which sound good.

    I've got one and love it but haven't ridden much else comparable. It makes my old Giant seem like an antique (which it is). The PlanetX at the same price also looks good value.

    I've got one and I'm very happy with it.

    I haven't weighed it to compare the weight with the one quoated on the website though.

    I've got a Cayo Expert with Fulcrum 3 wheels and eggbeater pedals and it weighs pretty much exactly 18lbs. I can't bring myself to add lights, bottle cages etc :(

    I have a cayo expert with R3's too. its great till all 98Kgs of me gets on it....

    Hi ive just ordered this and it should come tommorow or Monday I searched alot on the internet before ordering for as many reviews on it by magazines and normal cyclists on forums ETC and there were no real bad points all were happy, the only minor thing was the saddle but the main things Frame, Groupset, Wheels are bang on, I will let you know how it compares to my Alu Ribble when it comes and Ive took it on a club run.

    A bloke at a club TT the other week had bought one of £999 ones and was very happy with, it looks good and has good kit on it as well for the money
