Hey all,
Just got hold of some 2003 Marzocchi Dirt Jumper 3's dead cheap, and wondered if anyone has had the same issue with marzocchi forks where riding out the saddle they feel fine, but seated riding with less weight on the forks results in a knocking feel like (im sure my headset feels a little loose) kinda thing and just generally feel a bit clunky. And no, my headset is fine and tight before anyone says it LOL.
Ive used Manitou, rockshox and Fox forks in the past and never had this prob, so could do with knowing if Ive got a pair of duff marzocchi's.

Worn bushings? Put the front brake on, rock the bike back and forth, and put your hand aound the seal - can you feel it knocking/play? If mashed, will need replacing eventually (a little play when unloaded is of little consequence)0
