Does anyone know of an LBS or larger outfit that can repair my Fulcrum RM3 rear hub. I'm a little unsure which bit is broken, the wheel freewheels ok but when trying to pedal the whole axel tries to rotate in the frame (which it cant do when the QR is closed).
The LBS have taken it appart but got stuck and have come accross a broken nut they cant get off. They didnt seem to confident and confessed they hadnt seen the wheelset before.
Any help?

my first question would be where are the wheels from and use them as the first point of call as they should have contact for repair / service with the manufacturer.0

I think I've suceeded where the LBS failed. I've now found 2 sets of knacked bearings, along with some grit and water. Hopefully be able to source some new bearings tomorrow.
Only problem is the LBS knackerd a nut (its now in 3 bits), it holds the whole thing together and sits aginst the frame. I'm going to try another LBS tomorrow to see if they have one.0
