Training bunches in W2 or surrounding areas

Hi htere. I'm reasonably new to London and am looking for a road riding/racing club or training bunch to join. Anyone with any advice re local groups and or training rides would be much appreciated.

Welcome to the Big Smoke!

You have the Kingston Wheelers (my club) - there's a club run meet on Sunday mornings at 9am, when we just head off into the Surrey Hills, but members just meet up as and when too, whether it's for a ride around Richmond Park or go wander further afield. There are a good few of us who race - I do sort of, but I'm pants, so you don't want to train with me - you'll have the benefit of training with much faster guys.

Same goes for London Dynamo. I don't about their club run meeting times etc, but they've got strong riders and you always see them at races.

And there's also Dulwich Paragon.

I've definitely missed some clubs out, just can't think at the moment. (Are Imperial Racing Team based at Hillingdon?) Have a browse through the British Cycling website.
