I know hope headsets are the bees knees, but what is as/almost as good at a fraction of the cost?

    is it standard? zero stack? integrated? 1.5....... there are many more options in the MTB world than the road. :wink:

    but of cause THE headset for standard fitting is said to be the CK.

    Hehe, good shout. I'll not be able to afford a "service free" headset for a long time!
    What exactly does a service involve - replacing bearings and regreasing?

    Time to drop forks out and regrease,about 10 minutes.Cheap will do for me.
