I just bought a carbon bottle cage and the bottle rattles so Ribble said they would change it. The cage in question has no lip at the top of the back plate which may be the problem.
Ribble also do the Blackburn which looks more substantial, has anybody tried one?

it's an overpriced carbon bottle cage but Procycling like it in the review section of the new issue. There are cheaper carbon cages (and dearer) if it's carbon you wantM.Rushton0 -

I guess that's why I still like the metal cages. You can always bend them slightly to
hold the the bottle as tightly or as loosely as you like it. I see no advantage to carbon
fiber cages.
