...I could just to be bloody awkward...:D
...all the way...'til the wheels fall off and burn...
  • The white pedals complete the white socks with slip on shoes effect.
    Tragic.
I'd get one for comic effect if it wasn't such an obvious sh@tter, and I wasn't such a bad cyclist that I need all the help I can get.

That frame probably looked cool in the 80s. No, really. The normal rules of aesthetics were suspended entirely during that decade. There are some designers who are still alive who should probably face charges of crimes against humanity in the Hague.

I have to say Specialised - don't know why exactly. They just look uninspiring, dull and the lines look all wrong like a kids bike - especially the Allez.

Specialized bikes aren't too bad, but I don't know anyone even bothers buying a Trek.

I think the current madone looks OK. However the lower-end Treks and Giants (and some of the higher-end Giants for that matter) suffer from the sliver & black syndrome, i.e. grey looking with non-descript shapes/profiling.

A lot of BH bikes seem to be pretty ugly.

My 2005 Trek 1200, an unimpressive, unattractive bike in every respect, is still prettier than the most beautiful compact frame because it has A HORIZONTAL TOP TUBE.

No way, so long as a frame isn't uber compact, most will still look better than a trek! You should stop taking lessons in aesthetics from Lance Armstrong, next you'll be preaching the virtues of long black socks
You live and learn. At any rate, you live

Didn't he write a book called "It's not about the bike"? A sort of apologetic title because he was riding a very boring Trek, perhaps?
