Looking for a Bianchi 1885 Hydro Carbon Road Bike .......
...with Campag Veloce gears. The problem is most places only seem to specify the standard double crankset for Campag equipped bikes and i think i need a compact crankset. The only place ive found so far that specifies a compact is Bike24.com but the price there (in Euros) is about a third higher when converted to pounds.
Would it be fairly straightforward to replace the standard crankset with a FSA Gossamer MegaExo Compact . Is there likely to be a problem with the front shifter if i did this? Would the chain lengh need adjusting etc? Maybe anyone with experience of dealing with Evans would be able to tell me if its something i could specify with them for no extra cost.
