Has anyone been if so can you recoment me a not to difficult but fairly technical route/singletrak section as i have to take a few of my brothers friends.

i was there 2 weeks ago...
the mbr route is awsesome but i would recomend the purple trail cant remeber its name i think it began with a t... just looked on the trail map its the temtiwr trail its only 8 k but its amazing not to difficult..

We did the Tawr and the Dragons Back in April. The Tawr I found to be a bit of a chore till the last third. Really enjoyed the final descent, but the climb was a bit of a boring slog.
The MBR or the Dragons back are a good bet, depending on how fit you are. I went there in April with a fairly inexperienced friend and he didnt have any real problems. Nothing there is unridable if you take it at your own pace and the faster you go the harder it gets ; )0
