    I use these

Reasonable sound and cheap enough to replace when the wet gets to them.

I have a Sony pair that uses the same sort of earpiece and they stay in very well (the headphones that tend to come with mp3 players fall out of my ears also.) Only problem with this type of earpiece I find is that the black rubbery bit can come off and you can lose it, happened to me.

I use theseSennheisers. I know some people don't like the ear canal plugs but those supplied with my Nano were very poor. I only ever wear the left one on the bike but it has never dropped out my lug yet. They're also rather good at drowning out others inane conversations if you are unfortunate enough to have to use public transport (like me).

same prob with my ZEN MP3, and they always come out at the worst possible time.

solved it by using either sellotape or clear elastoplast - keeps the ears well trimmed too.

i use Sony Fontopia headphones with the large rubber bits for extra security (they come with small medium and large)

Good sound, don't completely isolate (which I prefer) and stay in place, in my ears anyway. Only downside is the chord is a bit fragile, and tangles up rather easily.

ive used those creative lab ones as mentiond by the 1st reply. in strong headwind u will hear a bit of noise. plus side no one knows what ur listening to tho sometimes u cant hear what theyre saying. really comfortable for a few hours.
