Yeah the injuries are actually getting better thanks - this morning i could bend my knee for the first time in a week! and the bike is blue with silver forks and white grips - will post a picture when i have the saddle and stuff fitted... at the moment it looks like thishows the injuries? sounds like the pads could be useful! what colour is the rest of the bike for the pedals to go on?
