HiI
Ive owned my current cassette from the start of April. And yesterday I changed my Chain as It had stretched (checked with park tools tool). Is this enough or Do I need to change the chain more often ,or does a new chain equal a new cassette ,the cassette looks fine,Im getting a very very slight rumble In 2 cogs at the back But this will disappear in a couple of rides Im sure.

Cheers for any advice.

the life of anything depends on the conditions you ride in.

It is NOT always required to change the cassette when you change the chain.

But if the cogs are badly worn then yes it should be.
