Hi,

Whats the differance between these, one is a Ergo Trainer the other is Cycle Trainer ? The Flow can be upgraded to VR is there any other major differances ? Looking to get a Tacx turbo but not sure which one out the these two.

Simon.

    Hi there.

The ergo trainer is the dog's danglies. I replaced my Swing with a Flow this winter and the difference is night and day, considering that the resistance and head unit is the only difference.

On the Swing I _thought_ I was doing intervals at a constant effort. On the Flow you can pick the resistance level and you will not deviate from that until the end of the interval. No hiding!

    Cheers, Andy

    Hi,

Got myself a Tacx Flow, but can't figure out where the O rings are supposed to go ?

I've got it set up for a wheel diameter of 690-720, do I need the O rings fitted ? The instructions are confusing.

    Thanks

    Simon.
