helmet cams

i'm looking to buy a helmet cam to record my adventures but dont want one that the picture is slow and blocky if you know what i mean with some videos you see anyone got any reccomendations for good quality one with out going to mad on price

If you can give a better budget theres plenty out there. atc2k (or soon the 3k) at around the £100 mark which i didn't find great but many on here have, up to something from http://www.dogcamsport.co.uk/ which will be about £400 but really nice quality.

I was thinking somwhere around the 150 mark but definatly no more than 200
