Me and a friend are off to ride the course of the Marmotte - but due to training deficiencies we are doing it over two days. Arriving Bourg D'Oisans on a thursday, riding to Valloire on Friday, then back to Bourg via Galibier and Alpe D'Huez on Saturday.
As there are many of you out there who are doing, or have done, the real thing I'm hoping for some advice on accomodation for the Thursday and Saturday in Bourg and the Friday in Valloire. (I have to sya if I was dong the Marmotte I would have pre-booked the accomodation in Valloire!!!)
We are looking for the holy grail of comfortable, cheapish, good bar, dancing girls.
Any advice gratefully received.

Thanks, Paul

PS Its not at the same time as the real thing-just a normal weekend

The tourist information place in Bourg is good, and the hotties who work there speak good English - they should be able to help you find somewhere to stay.
You just have to ride like you never have to breathe again.
