This made me so angry. I was doing a nice 30 mile run same old same old. On return leg some little shi*'s in Daddies merc threw an object at me. whilst i recovered and offered some hand gestures, which the returned, i began so angry. I was rehearsing in my head what i wanted to do to these people. it envolved a very very lengthy stay in prison had i carried out my thoughts.

There have been some high profile cases of this stupidity. i really want to do something about this. Any takers????????????

SPD shoes leave a nice mark down the sides of cars you know. If not there are always weapons lying around to be hurled at said cars haha.

Clutch fluid in your water bottle, just remember to not drink it  Driver will think that you squirted some water at his car. Until he gets out and sees his paint coming off  .

The above is quite clearly a criminal act and I dont really advocate that anyone does it.

2 things (probably put these somewhere on here before!)!

Firstly, had the same incident only I was on the motorway in a car. Some little shit threw a massive cup of coffee out of the back window of a 4 x 4 as I was overtaking - covered the windscreen. I was not best pleased, but luckily I am best mates with a local traffic cop - quick phone call and 8 miles later, said 4 x 4 is on the hard shoulder with my mate (who was very luckily on duty at the time) who booked the driver. Went to magistrates court: driver got 10 points in total and a fine of £1500 - speeding, tyres were down in tread and a charge of endangerment for not restraining/controlling the passenger. Passenger who was 18 got vandalism or reckless endangerment for chucking the coffee - I don't remember the exact sentence or details of the crime as I did not go to court - just made a statement. Bonzer!

Secondly, I punched a white van driver after he chucked a ciggy at me and his cup of tea. He then changed lanes and ran me over - basically, I went into the side of his van! As I picked myself up off the floor he then pushed me and asked me "make summit of it" - so I knocked him down. Luckily I had a witness to his crap driving and pushing me and he was driving a logo'd van - So, I buggered off with the number of the witness, phoned his company and complained and stated that I would seek criminal proceedings for assault and driving offences - company manager phoned me back and said that I had broken the drivers jaw and knocked a couple of teeth out (I don't think he was expecting a lycra clad cyclist to smack him!) - he was on his way to meet his mates for a bacon butty. Decided it was best to let it lie and do nothing. Got an apology from his company and a plea not to persue it in court, and have heard nothing since. No major damage to bike or kit.

    And the lesson is:
It is always nice to want to get your own back but simply take it out on the pedals and get your frustrations out on the bike - pedal harder and faster. I lowered myself to the level of the van driver and could have suffered severe consequences if he'd got up!
I do not advocate assaulting anyone - it was one of the stupidest things I have ever done and I felt awful for it afterwards.

Endangerment is not an offence known to English law

Spen666 - stop being a solicitor prat again. No one else on here makes a big thing of their profession - I suspect no one cares that you are a solicitor. What country do you think they were in if I am in Brizzle?! Are you so stupid as to not be able to give an approximate guess on a British city?!

Will you, for once, stop being such an arrogant idiot - you really give solicitors a bad name......goon. Do you read anything properly or just scan and give a crass and frankly throw away statement, I suspect you lose allot of cases on lack of detail or lack of reading the detail (kinda what you're paid for).

"Endangerment is not an offence known to English law" nah nah nah nah nah nah......Who gives a frig about the offence! They got done, end!

"I don't remember the exact sentence or details of the crime as I did not go to court - just made a statement. Bonzer! " to quote myself.

    fecking goon!

You can probably see from the above that I lose my rag quickly......

If you're in Brizzle you could easily be cycling in South Wales ... :D

Cue Spen: "Welsh law doesn't exist as a separate entity; in Wales English law always prevails ... blah, blah blah"

I am in two minds about this aspect - I think SPEN666 makes a valid point...

I have used advice in these forums to deal with issues. In these cases it is important to be correct.

In my case I was able to point out a cause for action that was taken up by the Police as they were not able to refuse. -if I had tried "reckless endangerment" - I doubt anything further would have happened.

I did say that you shouldnt do it  Start a thread re advice for disposing of a body and see how many suggestions you get. I bet you get more than how to damage a car  there are indeed some very scary folk on here & some possibly like minded Solicitors too, a perfect combination  .

    .........

Its being a pratt to try to understand a post and to clarify what is posted on a message board that has members from around the world? Endangerment is a crime in some countries, but not in England

To understand a situation, and the alleged offences, it help to know where we are talking of as things acceptable in one country/ culture are not acceptable in others

To simply ask where the offences occurred is hardly anything other than a question to clarify the events recounted

Perhaps the person is the one who recounts tails about offences that don't exist and yet still tries to pass them off as true.

    did ask what?

If you are suggesting I work for the CPS- then the answer is no, I have never prosecuted anyone for any offence and have no desire ever to do so.

Call me all the names you like, but it doesn't change the fact you are refusing to tell the forum which country this alledged incident took place in.

It clearly cannot be England & Wales as endangerment is not a crime there.

I am left puzzled as to why you are not prepared to tell the forum where the alleged incident you recount took place.

It couldn't be because you were not telling the truth could it?

Spen666 - this relationship cannot go on - it is hurting us both. You know that deep in your heart you are yearning for my love and I must be honest with you; I cannot continue with someone shorter than Geri Halliwell.....

You have to be joking me?! You don't understand that Brizzle is Bristol? Are you so thick?! I don't beleive that!! If you are being ironic, you are not funny with it.

Both incidents took place in and near Bristol - one on the A38 at Filton/Airbus round-a-bout (On my short route to work funnily enough - hence the change to a longer route now) and the car on between Gordano and Nailsea (Vehicle being pulled near Taunton Deane services). My best man was the officer in charge - he now deals with firearms (amazing that they let someone from my old neighbourhood legitimately carry a gun....at Gatwick airport....!). I am glad the bloke in the van that I hit did not get up - 'id have been f*cked! Got an apology from his company though - cannot remember the name of them, local builders of something.

Unlike you, I don't have time to write every detail of everything during my working day and I don't remember every detail of everything and I am also not involved in law (thankfully, if it is full of twats like you - funny though as my wife is a solicitor, she used to work for Osbourn Clark I think, most of her mates work for Farrahs, they are all okay) so, I don not know what charges mean or are available - and frankly, I don't fecking care.

Get a life you sad, pathetic little man and learn some social skills - you never know, you may get laid.

And now I must head to be with my model wife in my $30M Malibu mansion whilst one of my minions cleans the collection of Ferraris.....theirs a lie for you! It's really an end of terrace in an okay area, I love my wife dearly and to me she is a supermodel, My 1992 Audi 80 is parked on the road - looking a bit unloved and my TV is broken...pants!

To quote myself, again (as you seem incapable of grasping basic concepts): "I don't remember the exact sentence or details of the crime as I did not go to court - just made a statement. Bonzer! "

I think the point has been missed here and bickering is useless - however, my 2 penneth is in and you are still a cock!

    Unsubscribe mofo.

As for the original point of the forum:

I am afraid to say that when I was a lad, my dad had a Mercedes as a company car. He used to let me drive it, even though I had my own company car (I was a service engineer and had an Escort estate, Merrc is far cooler though!!). I used to drive the Merc like I stole it - I apologise to all those people I must have pissed off in 1992/1993 - I was under the dilusion that I owned the road and that I was cool, how very wrong I was.....
