Those look like the ones reduced for the police or military. A local military surplus shop had oakleys like that, cheap, but they wouldn't sell them to the public, they wouldn't even sell to me with my ID card, they had to send them to an MOD/Police address (I would never have got my Oakleys, belonging to a Liverpool regiment )

I might get some if I can.
