Hairline cracks on carbon forks

After cleaning and inspecting forks I have noticed some hairline cracks above the dropouts (both inner and outer surface ) on both arms. The forks are from GIANT and I believe the dropouts are carbon not alloy. Not sure if the cracks are caused by the skewers compressing the carbon and splitting the paint or are more structural. :? The cracks open slightly under sideways pressure so I'm pretty reluctant to use it at the mo! The bike is only a 3months old with only 1500 miles. Have contacted GIANT but heard knothing yet.
Anyone else experienced anything similar?

    Go back to teh shop where you bought it from, not giant.

    I would be concerned and certainly wouldn't cycle it until you have had it looked over by someone expert in these things. I imagine they will need to look at it directly.
