Specialized Roubaix: What year/model is this frame
Hi all,
I am about to buy this frame and I was wondering if anyone knows what year and model it is. I know it's a Roubaix, but the gray on the fork and the odd colours are a bit puzzling. Also the "S" logo on that side of the frame doesn't seem to match the archives on the Specialized site (they have the full word on that side of the frame).
It would be great if someone could solve the mystery.
Thanks

It might be a 2007 and over... Not 2005-06 because of the shape of the seat stays... A special edition of a S-Works SL frame set??0

I thought 2007. There's a Tarmac of '07 in a similar scheme, but as you say, on the seat tube it has 'Specialized' and not just the 'S'. I've certainly seen that livery before though, infact I nearly started bidding on a 54cm one on Ebay but it miraculously disappeared overnight.0

Except it is in Quickstep livery.Rich0 -
Go to the Specialized website and look in the archives, it goes back about 5 years.0

Looks like a 2007 Pro but colour scheme hints at S-Works version.0

it's definately an 07 as that was when the dogleg seatstays were introduced.
its not an s-works as it would have 'S-Works' on the top tube in place of the 'Roubaix' decal. Looks like a pro to me - good frame though - have you been offerred it at a decent price?0
